  6. No bloody or violent scenes, or graphic content
  7. No Dangerous stunts or body-shaming
  8. No Use of Swear Words e.g. F**words in communication

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

Children’s Safety & Age Restriction Policy

  • Users under 18 require parental/guardian registration.
  • Parent/guardian must upload a valid government ID to verify consent.
  • FashBe will not knowingly collect data from minors without consent.
  • Parents remain responsible for their child’s activity on FashBe.

Third-Party Services Policy

  • FashBe may integrate third-party services providers e.g. payment channels etc.
  • Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and licenses.
  • FashBe is not liable for copyright issues arising from third-party service use.

Copyright Takedown Policy

  • Rights holders can submit takedown requests to [email protected] with:
    • Your contact info.
    • A description of the copyrighted work.
    • The URL of the infringing content.
    • A sworn statement (In-Court) of and Legal proof of ownership.
  • FashBe will investigate and remove infringing material promptly.

TERMS OF USE

1.1 Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FashBe’s mobile application, website, and related services (“FashBe” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using FashBe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies, which are incorporated by reference.

1.2 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.3 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are liable for all activities under your account.

1.4 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • By uploading content to FashBe, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you post.
  • You acknowledge that FashBe is not responsible for copyright claims on music or other media you include in your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions.

Use of FashBe Logo and Brand
You cannot use FashBe’s name, logo, or branding without our written permission. This includes putting it on products, ads, or posts that make it look like FashBe supports or works with you when we do not. Breaking this rule can lead to your account being closed and possible legal action.

1.5 Data Security Disclaimer
We implement encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge this risk when using FashBe.

1.6 Prohibited Uses
You may not:

  • Engage in illegal activities e.g. scamming, gambling etc
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Post harmful or unsafe content
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt FashBe systems

1.5 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post or share:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content, religious and ethnic bigotry or slurs
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content
  • Content that contravenes with the community guidelines

1.6 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any of our policies.

1.7 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be governed by the laws of Nigeria if you reside in Nigeria, or by the overseas if you reside abroad without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

1.8 Business Transactions Between Users

While FashBe works hard to keep our platform safe from scams by constantly reviewing content and accounts, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any business deals or transactions between users.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Conducting your own research,
  • Verifying information, and
  • Seeking legal or professional advice before entering into any transactions with other users on the platform.

FashBe shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes that may arise from these transactions.
